which sucks.

in anycase, i went to the gym ytd.
i was aching at the... erm arms there lar..
so i go do the vertical lift thingy.. i think
you sit and u push up the wieghts
omg that hurt.. a LOT.. but DADDIE said it helped the whatever muscle not to ache
so well it worked.
and the good news is that
i have left over OOLONG CHA frm ytd. :D
